Question driver wont install

hi i need to install the 430 version of nvidia driver i unistall the last driver restart pc and when i try to run the setup exe with run at admin erro r pop up and says "windows cannot access the specified device ,path or file you may not have the appropriate premissins to acsses the item "help

Delete the current EXE and download it again and try to see if it works. Could be a corrupt download.
