This has happened twice so far and this is a new build and I have had it for just over a month. The message mentions what is above and then the computer restarts and continues on like normal. I would say that it happened a few weeks ago or so.

Stop Code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
What failed: RfeCo10X64.sys

Does anyone know what this is?

RfeCo10X64.sys is a mystery, most of the search results for this are in Chinese

what are specs of the PC? what anti virus are you running?

I might be wrong but the clues I get about that file name lead me to believe its related to killer internet drivers. Check your motherboard web site and see if it uses Killer/Atheros drivers for LAN or Wifi. If it does, make sure you have the latest ones.

Intel i7 7700K overclocked to 4.6 Ghz - Aorus Z270X Gaming 5 - MSI GTX 960 2GB - 16 GB Corsair DDR4 - PNY SSD - Toshiba 1TB HDD - EVGA 650 Gold

I do have a killer gigabit ethernet and have the latest drivers installed as far as I know. I didn't originally use it and don't remember if I began having the problem before or after but it is very possible that it began after. I will double check but ethernet drivers are working and up to date.

seems my guess could be right about Killer. You might find removing drivers completely for KIller might fix the error as you have 2 Ethernet connectors on PC and using the intel drivers might be enough unless you use both?
