Thanks for the replies, i am gonna try out some of the fixes you have given me, and reply if it helped or dont :)
Gonna first try updating the Intel Optane i have to latest

Until now i have had no crashes, but instead i keep getting some randome stutters that sound like a crash and freezes everything, and goes back to normal again.
