just wondering how do you install drivers on a ROG STRIX B350-F motherboard

You either use the drivers off the included CD or download them from Asus' website (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B350-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/).

what I mean is how do you enter flash mode on the bios to install the drivers

Installing the drivers DOES NOT require being in the BIOS. The only process that requires going through the BIOS (most of the time) is upgrading the BIOS to the latest version.

Otherwise, you install the drivers after you have installed your OS.
