Drivers for cd burner dvd/cd-rom drives

I now have a problem. as I try to burn an item on the cd burner, ia notice claims that there is no CD incerted there, also I get a pop up with a software related to printing photos. I believe I need to down load drivers for the cd burner and i checked and found the one needed. Can you help?.idolnet@yahoo.com

1. Please delete your email address from your post.

2. The driver for your DVD/CDROM device is located at
c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys

3. Check your Device Manager.
If there is no indication of a badly installed device and if your CD drive is not bad, then I suggest you look at your cd burn software.
