Based on the Hardware Ids, the following are the drivers, from the Microsoft Update Catalog, that should work (you have to install the ActiveX control to view and download):

The x86 drivers are the second one (11.4 MB) which you can try manually installing.

After downloading, unpack the cabinet file and point the driver installation to the .inf file.
