Trying to fix my screen tearing, so im going to install the drivers for my GPU but cannot find them anywhere for ubuntu...

Thanks dude but Ubuntu 19.4 is not listed there
I fixed the screen tearing by doing some terminal commands

You fix screen tearing by enabling Vsync, it's not a 'bug' or something that will be fixed by a driver update.
