Drivers for Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 joystick

I've got a Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 joystick: why is so....impossible to find some drivers to make it work with other Microsoft products (Windows 10, for example...)?
Is there someone who can tell me, please, how I can make my joystick work with W10 or other MS programs?

Do you yet have the drivers for your joystick at hand? If not then download them from here. Now they may be meant for Windows 2000 but you can install the drivers in compatibility mode within Windows 10.

Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Windwos 2000 [from drop down menu]

...and It may just show up on your device manger somehow 😉
