Hi!
I recently uninstalled my gpu because it wasn't working and was looking forward to use the onboard graphics for the time being. I went into the bios and switched to onboardvga but when I booted in the screen had a pretty weird resolution. When I checked into the device managers , I found that the it was using the Microsoft basic display adapter now that I had removed the nvidia driver. Is it using the right driver? Because I cannot go higher than 1024x768 when my native resolution is 1600x900. If no, then where can I download the driver for the onboard graphics for the amd fx 6300?
I think the name for the onboard graphics is atombios

Hi! There. I got it fixed. Since the gigabyte page said that my mobo was running an hd 3000 series integrated graphics so I went on to the amd site and downloaded and installed the driver for hd 3000 and after the install my display is working at native resolution. Anyways thanks a lot for your time.

Hi! Thank you for your input. It is very much evident that the fx 6300 does not have onboard graphics from your answer. So I googled my motherboard (gigabyte GA-78LMT USB3 rev6.0) and the gigabyte site said that it has Radeon hd 3000 graphics on board. I know these integrated graphics aren't super powerful but they should be a able to run my display at native resolution right? If yes then how can I switch to those instead?

The drivers on the site are just some USB drivers and stuff nothing related to the display adapters, which I had installed as soon as I built the pc.
