Drivers for streaming

hello m making an online application which will have an online class for that i need live video streaming, so please will any one of suggest me that which driver i should use for streaming which gives the best quality video?
and also let me know the requirements for that driver.

There is no driver for video streaming, all you need is a network/internet connection. What class are you taking?
