Unfortunately I can't seem to find any leads to a reliable download site for drivers for that webcam(I'm assuming it's an STIC1920 webcam) since they all come up on spam ladden sites/blogs.

Got a picture to the webcam's packaging? If it's a laptop, include the make and model of the laptop.
