I already posted this one but think I posted in the wrong topic by chance so... anyway.

Thanks for your time to read this post. I just finished my first build and trying to install my drivers for my Asus Z170I Pro Gaming M/B. When i download the chipset driver is allows me to install the "SetupChipset" but once that finishes and i try to install the "AsusSetup" (also in the chipset file) I get the "Does not support this operating system: WNT_10.0H_64" pop up window.

I went ahead and tried to install the LAN drivers as well and receive the same pop up window.

Solution
Double checked and I did install Windows 10 64bit, when i go to Asus website and find the driver list for my M/B I am choosing the correct OS, from there theres only 4 different ones to DL. Downloading the correct one i believe I'm still only able to install the "setupChipset" and not the "AsusSetup".

Get these and ignore the rest:
Intel Chipset Driver V10.1.1.13 for Windows Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit & Win8.1 64bit & Win10 64bit---(WHQL)

Management Engine Interface V11.0.0.1172 for Windows Win7 64bit & Win8.1 64bit & Win10 64bit---(WHQL).

Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.1.7543 for Windows Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit & Win8.1 64bit & Win10 64bit---(WHQL).
Sonic Radar V2.1.2501 for Windows Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit & Win8.1 64bit & Win10 64bit.

Intel LAN Driver V20.2.4001.0 for Windows Win10 64bit---(WHQL).

Asmedia USB3.1 Driver V1.16.26.1 for Windows Win10 64bit---(WHQL).

ASUS WIFI driver_Win10 32/64 bit_V10.0.0.149---(WHQL)

Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver software V14.8.0.1042 for Windows Win10 64bit---(WHQL).

ASUS Bluetooth Driver V10.0.0.137 for Windows Win10 64bit---(WHQL).

If you have a graphics card get the driver from AMD/Nvidia. IF not, also get this from teh asus page: Intel(R) Graphics Accelerator Driver V20.19.15.4377 for Windows 7 32bit & 64bit / 8.1 64bit/ 10 64bit.(WHQL)

Forget about ASUS setup. You don't need all that bloatware.

Alright so I've got them all downloaded. Just want to make sure before i start going through all of them because I have heard both sides, but is there any specific order in installing each driver?

In the order i listed them for the first two, then for the rest it doesn't matter.

Alright thank you, ill get back with results soon.

Alright so all the drivers are installed except the wifi and bluetooth one were blocked by windows saying they were unrecognized apps. Everything else though installed properly when running the 'Setup' in each one so that should be everything needed correct?

Are you sure you downloaded the propper ones for wifi and BT? Regardless, right click ste start button and select "device manager". If all the branches are closed and nothing is highlighted, you're all set.

It should look lik this

and not have any other/unknown devices like this one:

Solution

Yea I downloaded the correct ones, assuming they were just one of those unrecognized file types how that sometimes happens with certain files yet theres no issue, just windows being overly protective like grandma's usually are with just about everything lol

And here is my list, so everything looks good to me.
