Drivers not autodetecting?

I had to take apart my computer to fix a power jack problem. I fixed that issue but now it seems like everything is going wrong. Audio was just working on the speaker so I uninstalled that driver as well as the realtek audio manager hoping it would detect on restart but it hasnt. Also my synaptics isnt working. What should I do? Also windows media player is taking an aweful long time to respond.
