Drivers Not Updating

I am trying to update my Intel Core i7-6700 CPU and for some reason I receive this message when trying to update it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKyy0ofNfSw Several other drivers do about the same thing and say the driver is from 2006. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is date and time on the rig correct? Have you tried in SAFE mode?

If Windows is set to automatically update time and date, but is incorrect, it's usually an outdated BIOS/UEFI problem. Try flashing your BIOS to the latest version.

The time and date are correct. I will try safe mode.
