Drivers update no internet or USB

I have just installed my old HDD to my computer
It has windows 7 installed the problem is I tried to connect to the internet and it won't because it needs drivers update
I tried to plug a USB flash drive to update offline and it won't read the flash drive because the driver needs update I tried connecting using eithernet cable and guess what? It also needs update...and yeadon't have a DVD/CD rom.I dunno what else to do please help

Do you have another PC you can temporarily put your HDD in and download the drivers to it?

None of your USB ports work?

Have you tried the usb port at the motherboard itself (at the back)? You can also try to disable and enable the USB Controllers at device managers.

Do a factory reset if you can.

Try a USB 2.0 slot (not BLUE) because Windows 7 needs drivers for 3.0. If you install Windows 7 SP1 usually it has USB 3.0 drivers, but not all of them i've found work. So many different windows builds....
