hi

I am building myself a new media server and have

Chenbro RM42200
ASRock AB350 Pro4 Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Processor with Wraith Stealth
Kingston HyperX Fury HX424C15FBK2/8 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 Black
Corsair VS450 ATX Power Supply
Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB SSD
Western Digital WD Red 10TB WD100EFAX

It is all up and running, I threw a graphics card in the PC to get it all booted up and installed no problems but I dont want to leave it in there as this computer will only be operated over teamviewer I am wondering if there is a way to make windows think there is a GPU installed so I can get teamvewer running 1920 x 1080 so its a little nicer to use

TIA

Solution

Without a gpu the system will not completely power on and boot.
To run the system headless(without an attached display) you need a display emulator/headless adapter plugged into the gpu.

I can still teamviewer login to it no problems it still does everything I need it to run my PLEX server, I just wanted to see if it was possible to make teamviewer use 1920x1080, but im guessing your saying that is not possible?
