Hi. I installed AVG pc clean up and not sure if it was this that caused the problem. I downloaded the microsoft doc to find the prob and it seems my keyboard filter and driver device LEXMARK X422 is missing. 🙁

Should I contact my pc manufacturer or microsoft for this prob please I have a HP lap top windows 7.
I am not to clever with all the jargon on a pc so not sure what to do I dont want to mess around with it. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm not sure what your asking for here, and I have never heard of a keyboard filter, so someone else will have to help you with that. The lexmark driver problem is a simple one, just go to:

http://support.lexmark.com/index?locale=en&page=product&productCode=LEXMARK_X422_MFP&segment=SUPPORT&userlocale=EN_UK&frompage=null#1

and download the driver.
