Hello,hi.i have an acer travelmate2420.was xp pro but i have install vista.when i try to play second life it wont let me .so when i try to install the video card drive.i get theis computer does not meet the minimam requriements for installing the softwear .so please explain what it meens.thank u

The notebook has an onboard sound chip and video processing chip. A Vista driver will have to be installed for this hardware to work properly (audio and video). Check the Acer 2420's online product page at Acer website for Vista drivers. If not, possibly check the chip Mfg's driver page for a suitable driver. Going from XP to Vista...the XP system drivers are no longer compatible with the new Vista OS.

Acer only supports XP for Acer TravelMate 2420.
