Hey,
I have kingston 256gb SDD (where windows 7 64bit and all of my games are located) and 2TB HDD where i keep my music, videos, etc. My windows starts normally, boot time is under 30sec,but for some reason when i'm using the drives they almost every time open up very, very slowly: for example, if i open my videos-folder to watch some tv-series, i i will have to wait for like 30 seconds for the files to become usable. (i open the folder, all files appear instantly, but none of the files are usable until the green loading bar atop of the folder has ran completely, which takes about 30 seconds. if i do open the file before the loading has completed it will freeze the folder for the 30 seconds.) this does happen with both drives, so i doubt neither of them being broken physically.
Another weird thing is that my music opens instantly when i play it trough winamp, but when i navigate to the folder and try to open it from there, the 30 sec load time happens.
any ideas?
