UBM is meaningless for this type of report and test.

Use Samsung Magician and CrystalDiskMark.

Background processes of 21%. Even UBM states that that high of a cpu usage is going to be inaccurate testing as all that info is on the drives, which ate currently being used, so can't give anything close to an accurate accounting of performance.

That's like trying to read your pulse rate at rest, while walking down the road. UBM wants the pc to be sitting in a chair.

Your drives can't give 100% or close, participation to the test if they are busy doing a hundred other tasks.

Run ubm like this.

Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
