hello
i had in not a long time a pcwith windows 10 but i love to play fps games and i have a low specs so i decided to go back to windows 10
so i did installed steam and other stuff and installed the drivers for every things but the problem that when i try to download something the network usage go from 1.3mb/s to 100kb/s in average(between 120 and 50kb/s) i tried to download "Kaspersky removal virus tool" and i scanned my pc and no threat its found
I tried also to switch the speed&duplex {Computer>Manage>Device manager>Networks adapter} from Auto negotiation to 1GBPS full duplex and nothing
happen the download still drop to 100kb/s in the first 10 s of the download
as i mentionned i have a good ping in games but when i try to download it drop even if i close everything
i use tl-wn422g usb to connect with my home wifi
same probleme in IDM or google or torrent
