Question Drop FPS after reinstalling Windows 10 ?

So, I recently reinstalled my windows because i move the os from hdd to ssd, but after i reinstall my windows the game that I play (Euro Truck Simulator 2) started to get between 89 to 92 FPS, instead of the usual 100 to 102 FPS, And in cinebench r15 before i reinstall my windows usually i can get 98 - 101 fps and the cpu get around 1040 cb but after i reinstall i only get 88 -90 fps and the cpu only get 920 cb in the same speed (3200 mhz) in the same undervolt settings

I have no problem with the reinstallation process, i downloaded windows 10 in microsoft web to my flash disk, and then I use my flash disk for booting & installing.

Do you still have the old HDD with the original Windows 10 installation, just like it was before you bought the SSD?

I still use the old hdd but all the data already deleted

What SSD did you purchase? It may have a firmware update or other drivers might need to be updated. If you list your full system specs, we can point you in the right direction for drivers and updates.

My laptop spec (gl503ge)
I7 8750h
Gtx 1050 ti
16 gb ram
1 tb sshd and 512 gb ssd
