Drop fps with HD7850 + AMD FX-8320

Hey, I upgrade my graphic card and in all games i experimented drop fps with no reason, my pc specs are:

PSU Thermaltake 650w 80 plus
M/B Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU AMD-FX 8320 X8 3.5 ghz
GPU AMD HD 7850 1gb GDDR5
RAM 12gb G.Skill

I check the temp but the cpu and the gpu have an average of 55°C - 62°C so i don't think it's overheating problem. I desactivated "Cool 'n' Quiet" bios option and the drop fps reduced drastically. Now after like 5 minutes (more or less depending of the game) the pc experiences drop fps and i don't know what can be, any ideas?

It would appear that your motherboard may be causing throttling. it does not seem like that board is designed to deal with such a power hungry processor.
