Question Drop fps

hello everyone
i have drop FPS in most games like R6 and LOL ,even in very low graphic sittings and i have a verygood pc

i recover my pc but still the problem

is it fan problem ? its working but i don't think it do the best job, it make sometimes a ticking voice and my CPU go to 100% !!

i5-6300 2.6gh
nvidia m930 2gb
16gb hyperX Ram
SSD 1T

Gpu is old and will have issues playing a lot of games.

What are your cpu and gpu temps?
