Question Dropped Frames in Streamlabs OBS

Hey Everyone,

I was wondering what settings you guys are using to stream. I currently stream on twitch using Streamlabs OBS but I've been noticing the alert from Streamlabs about Dropped frames. I mainly stream Call of Duty warzone.

PC Setup:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600
MB: Gigabyte Aorus Pro AC
GPU: MSI 2080 Super
RAM: 16gb 3200Mhz
