The Story~
Just an other day, Booting one of my back up computer.
Realizing the Sound card having a yellow exclamation mark in the device manager, I switch off the computer to take the magic screw that was holding the sound card firmly in place, I was to lazy to grab a magnetic screw driver.
Then the accident happen, as the screw was pulled out from its comfort zone, barely griping onto my screw driver, the imperfect connection.
The screw fell while my motherboard was rebooting... the horror I said!

I try quickly flick the screw way from the mobo, but even worest, the screw got stuck between the case and the motherboard! the paiN!!!!!
and now the mobo wont boot...

symptoms:-
CPU and PSU Fan only Spins for a split second.

Actions:-
(I toke the mobo out of case and only booting with the cpu.)
I reseat the cpu,
I used 2 different psu as listed above.
I reset the Cmos by removing the little battery.
I toke out the ram and try booting, nothing changed.
I try booting without the CPU 8 pin power, nothing changes.

So what is my question after all that Text?
IS my motherboard 100% dead?
or is it my cpu?
