I recently dropped my seagate drive (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BFFQN3M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and now it isn't recognized by my PC. When plugged in it makes the noise that something is connected then after a few minutes is disconnected, the drive never shows up though. The drive itself isn't making any noises that would make me concerned aside from a beeping noise that happens after the drive is on for a few minutes. The drive is still spinning. I've opened the case to make sure it wasn't knocked loose or something. Is there anything that I can try before I open up the drive itself that would possibly fix it?

Opening up the drive will make it 1000% non-functional, even even if it is 100% dead as it stands now.

It's most likely had something internally knocked out of alignment and the drive is dead - you can only replace it. If it's a new-ish drive you may be able to get it repaired under warranty, but that might be a long shot.
