Question Dropped tower is it fine? It still boots and lets me log into windows 10 and all my components seem to show up in pc specs

So i had my pc tower on the floor and it fell only like a foot or 2 and it rebooted and lets me log in. My specs still show up and my stuff still loads but i just want to make sure its fine. So is it?

Typically a (small) drop is only going to damage a few things. First would be HDD if they were running. Graphics cards can break their slot. Big coolers can damage the socket area of mobo.

If it's all working correctly count yourself lucky and be careful.

ok i tested it out on a game of apex legends and it played fine i went into NVIDIA control panel and it said my GPU was still the rtx 2060. I still see the fans running and my hard drive still shows up. And in properties in windows it shows my CPU still and my ram. Is there any other test i should run to ensure its working fine?
