I can’t seem to get a good picture with this focus. Anyway the cable sticks out at the side. It comes from the inside of the ddr

Can't say anything about that. You better contact a professional. Can't help you much as online helping has it's limitations. And hardware limitation is another reason why troubleshooting is sometimes impossible for a normal user. For example, if you had a spare system, you could swap the components and find out exactly which is causing the problem. But if you don't have a system lying around, there's probably no way to go any further from here.
You probably don't use multiple RAMs, right?
If you did, it'd make it easier to determine if the thread was somehow problematic (though it doesn't seem like it).
