DRR3 or DRR4

Just want to know if I should get the
"Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory"
or the
"Crucial Ballistix Tactical 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory"

The DRR3 is 4,82ns and the DRR4 is 6,66ns. so the DRR3 is faster and the only reason I would get DRR4 is because it makes me feel cooler. So is it worth the extra money?

DDR4 will only work on the newest Intel platform, X99, which include the 5820K/5930K/5960X CPUs. Any other processor/chipset will not support DDR4.

Between the 2 you listed, get the Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory since your motherboard supports only DDR4. DDR4 and DDR3 don't have the same amount of pins (288 vs 240) and there's other reasons.
