Seems like the XMP profile is only overclocking it to 2733. While XMP is handy, it is not always perfect. You may just have to manually go in and run it at 3200mhz. I am not too familiar with your bios, but you should be able to find the memory frequency settings. It should read 2133, manually type in 3200mhz and press enter. This should set the speed to 3200mhz. Save your changes and boot. If it boots, great, your good to go.
It may not boot with the changed speeds as you may need to adjust voltages or timings. RAM can be kinda finicky here. I suggest searching your RAM and motherboard overclock on google and see what timings and voltages has worked for others. This may save you some time of trial and error to get it to boot.
