DS3-P better overclocker than DS3-G

For some reason, Dabs.com has the DS3-G at a nicer price than the DS3-P, I'm wondering if the integrated graphics would affect an overclock?

I have a PCI-E card, so won't be using them but, though I best make sure.

the 965G-DS3 doesn't overclock anything like the 965P-S3 - mid 300's iirc..
