Dsl 2750u with mweb range extender .can it work together?

Solution
As long as a router & extender support the same wireless standards (eg 802.11a, 802.11b/g/n, or 802.11ac for dual-band WiFi, they will work together regardless of who manufactured them.

So, for example, if you already have a router, check if it supports dual-band wireless (802.11ac)
If it does, make sure you buy a range-extender which also supports dual-band (802.11ac).

If your router does not support dual-band then just buy any extender which supports 802.11b/g/n
In practice, that means just about every range-extender that's currently available.

Edit: Your router does not support dual-band so ignore that second paragraph above (unless you are considering changing your router for a dual-band one in the near future).
