Dsl house garage

have DSL line in home. want to DSL in garage/office. Steel siding on home and garagewon't allow wireless communications. there is a phone line in the garage, same line as home. Distance from house to garage 85 feet. I'm told I can'thave two modems on my DSL line. A bridge kit looks like $300. Can anyone help me sort this out. Thanks, River.

I am assuming the garage isn't connected to the house... You could always try running the signal over a power line using x10 networking and configure another router as a repeater or run another Cat5 line to the garage.
