[SOLVED] DSL modem Availability

many manufacturers are dropping DSL modems from their products lists. Anyone know whats going on/why?

Dying/Dead technology. Same reason why a lot of manufacturers stopped making faxes.

Does it mean people don't use faxes anymore? No. But it does mean less land less people are using it.

DSL is the lowest tier of cabled internet connection. The only ones still on this technology are people in remote or low-density areas that have not been upgraded to a modern standard. Any new neighborhood will be connected to cable or fiber.
