You may not be able to. I am going to suspect form the way you describe it the only device that is in your house is the dsl router.
When the IP addresses do not match it means there is another router in the path running NAT. That second router is likely in your ISP network and not in your house so you can not put port forwarding rules in it.
There is no easy fix for this. First option is to call and ask the ISP if it possible to get a public ip address. If not it gets very messy, there are vpn services that offer this feature but they are not real common so they are kinda expensive.
