DSM Issue Event

The DSM service was delayed by 114 seconds for a driver query/download/install on device 'USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&E658374&0&9'

If anyone can provide help I would greatly appreciate it. My devices are Razer Blackwidow, logitech g502, and astro mixamp

It`s an error message, for a program used to check for driver updates for your hardware.

Relating to a bit of software running on your system as a background or scheduled task.
It was looking for a driver for either a usb device connected to your system such as or more than likely your Razer mouse driver.

If you look at all of the razer software installed you should find an auto driver update program.

The error is saying the response or query took to long when it connected to a server where it was told to look for new versions of the driver for download to your system, or the server took to long to respond to the query. Server busy or offline.

Nothing to panic about.

I should have stated the entire pc shuts off when it happens. Unfortunately I'm not sure how to remedy the issue
