Question DT 990 Pro 250 Ohm + DAC/Amp Fiio K5 Pro ESS ?

Hi,

I would like to know if this combination is a good one. When I try to listen music with headphones in the computer, I always need to set volume to maximum (100) and the sound is really too low. I can barely listen anything, especially when I like to listen it loud and clear, the same as to listen classical music always in "pianissimo" when I want "fortissimo" or at least "mezzoforte"...
Will I see an improvement with this DAC/Amp? Would the same amount of sound be achieved with the volume set to a maximum 70 %?

From what i was able to find, that Amp is too weak for your headphones.

K5Pro ESS has 1.2 Ohm output impedance, while your 250 Ohm headphones, need 30-100 Ohm output impedance Amp, where 30 Ohm Amp would be ideal.
