Dual 1080p 144hz or a 1440p 60hz?

I'm currently looking for another monitor to help with productivity and gaming. I have 1 VG248QE 1080p 144hz monitor and imo it doesn't look half bad with today's games at Ultra settings. I have a GTX 1060 6gb that I recently upgraded to also, would it be worth getting another panel and then maybe triple monitor in the future? Or would it be worth going to 1440p? I'm trying to figure out what would be a good pathway to take.

I don't reckon you should upgrade from what you currently have, GPU upgrade first, monitor later.

I'd rather go the 1440p option. Your 1060 can also handle it. You can still use the 144Hz panel for fast action gaming and the 1440p IPS for all work stuff and slower gaming. Definitely 1440p.

It won't be as fast and fluid as your 144Hz monitor but it will look brilliant.
