So I'll be heading off to college in a few weeks here for graphic design, and I've been using dual monitors with my beautiful 19"LCD Wide screen, and a 15"CRT with a yellow tint. A bad match-up, I know. But i am considering getting a second exact match monitor. This:

My 7600GT BFG is obviously not a high end card.
But I have a couple questions;
Will running dual monitors, both at 1440-900, pull a huge amount more power from my card compared to a single monitor?
Will games have an increased lag with the additional monitor?
If I get a more powerful card, say an 8800GTS bottleneck my CPU?(AMD Athlon X2 3800+ 2.0Ghz Socket 939)
