Hi there, I am interested in getting a new LCD monitor and I either was going to get one big one (a la Apple's new one or HP's big 23'') OR a dual setup of 2001fp's (unless something comes out that can top the Dell). My feeling is that I can get two of the 2001fp's for more than $500 LESS than just one of the 23''. I will mainly use this for school, work, video editing, and playing games. Will the dual setup get in the way of playing games? Can I just direct it to one of the monitors when I want to play a game and turn the other off? Are there any drawbacks to having a dual setup? Thanks!

Any ideas? Also, are there any new 20"+ LCD's coming out soon to rival the Dell? Thanks.

I just picked up on the Dell 2001fp. I like it very much. 769 with tax and shipping. I am running a dualie system with a Princeton 19" and the realestate is nice. I would love to have one of the phattie Apple displays but they are pricie. I think the dual Dells will make you happy if you get 2 without dead pixels or a backlight issue. I am going to send my 2001fp back for a replacement because of this.
