Question Dual 24 pin splitter for tiny PSU

I'm using a PSU in a build that only has one 24 pin output. I hope to be able to add a second 24 pin output so I can also power the cpu with a 24 pin to 8 pin adapter. What is the best way to do this? (and I need to use this psu as it is the smallest on the market)

This sounds rather concerning as PSU adapters are often not a smart route to go down.

What is your full system spec exactly? Including PSU make and model?
And why are you limited to using this PSU?
