Hi,

I currently have 2 27" ultra wide dell screens hooked up to my PC.
The graphics card is an AMD Radeon R7 240.
The screen connected via HDMI outputs at 2560x1440, the screen connected by DVI only outputs at 1920x1080.
Please could somebody advise what I'm doing wrong or a sufficient graphics card to support this.
If it helps the PC is an Acer TC-705.

Thanks in advance

Solution
You could use the Integrated graphics (built into the CPU), and use the DP and HDMI ports on the motherboard. You might need to go into the bios and enable the IGPU first (sometimes called IGPU multi monitor).
Try a displayport cable for the second one, or make sure you are using a "Dual Link DVI" cable. If its not dual link then it wont do that resolution.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

It is currently using a DVI-D (Dual Link) cable but this isn't working.

I've ordered a displayport to dvi adapter but in the meantime was wondering which card i should consider just in case it doesn't work still.

one of the monitors MUST be thru displayport if I remember right
