I have a build with a
MSI Radeon RX 560 DirectX 12 RX 560 AERO ITX 2G OC 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express x16 card with HDMI and display port outputs. This card is sufficient to drive a single 4K monitor but not two. It will drive two monitors at lower resolutions but not 4K.

The second display is a 4K TV that I want to duplicate the other display. I want to use this monitor in my business shop to show visitors content without them having to bend over my desktop.

Other than 4K, the other requirements are minimal. No gaming, limited video and some Photoshop. My present RX560 is sufficent except that it won't support 2 4K monitors.

What is the minimum Radeon card that I can use for this? I don't want an nVidia card. A previous GT1030 kept randomly crashing the PC.

Solution
The Radeon 5700XT has the best support for what you need. It provides about 2/3 the performance of an RTX 2080 Ti (The nvidia's top performer) at about 1/3 the price tag. The Display ports are 1.4 and HDMI is 2.0b, so they should be compatible with any monitor/tv. You will need a 600-700W PSU however, so make sure you have that.

That looks like a great card but seems like overkill for what is a business computer for displaying content for customers. I would like to keep it under $200.

Let me ask this another way. Wll any graphics card that has a max resolution of 7680 x 4320 suffice to run 2 4K monitors; one using DP, the other HDMI?
