What FPS would Arma 3 run on multiplayer at Ultra/Very High/High (on average) when using two of these cards (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-352-AS) on a single 1080p moniter? I'm looking to get these for Christmas and at the moment I get really bad FPS on Arma and would like to get more.

The CPU I have is this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-FX8350-Edition-Processor-4-2GHz/dp/B009O7YUF6

And since this is quite a CPU dependant game would you advice a CPU upgrade?

Thanks,
James

Arma 3 only uses two cores, so you need all the single core processing power you can get. Most people who have issues with FPS are running AMD processors.

Like said, the game is CPU limited so two 970's won't help. It is a VRAM hog though, so you want a card with at least 4GB of VRAM.
