The other day me and my friend were fantasizing about a dream computer (that actually turned out to be a reasonable price for the power) and eventually stumbled upon the idea of two AM4 Sockets in a motherboard for a sweet dual Ryzen 7 build. With the amount technology is advancing, is there one available (if so, I'm not having any luck finding it) or going to be available?

No point.

1x Threadripper > 2x Ryzen 7

Mind you, this market is not for builders looking to save $100 on desktop parts.
This market is for businesses needing workstations and servers for many VMs and for engineering/3d computing.
Even if AMD can get the hardware made to support the board and the software companies to optimize their software, it is still going to be a really tough sell.
The AMD core is inferior by a small margin than intel, multiply that by many many cores and it completely negates the price savings, not to mention the risk of switching to the newcomers products. Remember, bussiness decisions (at least wise ones) are not just about cost but risk, switching to AMD platforms for their back end is risking 100s of thousands to even millions of dollars in equipment, productivity and revenue.
