Dual audio with one mic

Hi!

I just got a Astro A50 Gen 2 XB1 that I use for gaming. It is plugged into my PC, running windows 10, using Optical cable. However, I need to connect a second pair of headphones to the computer, WITHOUT losing microphone on my A50's. I've tried the usual "mix" in recording devices, but then I lose the ability to use my microphone.

Is there any way to give recording and playback to the A50's via optical, then play only audio to a second headset via either AUX or USB?

I currently have it setup as follows;
Default playback device: AUX headset (speaker)
Default recording device: Stereo mix
Stereo mix is set to: Listen to Optical output (A50's).

Works fine, except that my recording only captures sound played on my computer; not my microphone.
