Dual Band Concurrent Antenna question

Hi,
I had a question which i would like to post to the experts on this forum.
I have been researching dual band concurrent antennas with regard to dual band wireless equipment.
My question is as follows:
Can a single dipole antenna transmit on dual bands (2.4 ghz & 5 ghz) concurrently?
Just to be clear: I want to know if a single antenna can broadcast on both wireless network frequencies simultaneously.
From what I have seen online, most dual band equipment utilizes multiple internal/external antennas where a subset is designated/assigned for 2.4 and other antennas are designated/assigned for 5 ghz.
However I cannot seem to find an example of an array where all the antennas are utilized for both wireless frequencies.

I was hoping someone here can point me in the right direction...
