What is the advantage of having a Dual BIOS in a motherboard? Does it helps in durability of a motherboard?

Mostly just a "backup".

Physically, with respect to durability, I am not aware of advantages per se.

Unless you are doing things that could truly brick the motherboard.

Other problems (BIOS) can often be resolved by removing the CMOS battery as mentioned near the end of the link.
