dual boot android and windows 8 tablet

im looking for a windows tablet that can dual boot android for around 400 to 500 dollars with a nice screen, 1080p 60fps, and an icore processor with 4gb of ram with a large mechanical hardrive and a large battery life. im using it for media consumption, some light gaming and school. i know theres on tablet that comes standard with anxcroid and windows, but the windows part needs a station so my question is are there tablets with android and windows 8 standar, as they come with both os' and if not how would i do such a thing and how well would it work. i know that android runs on arm so my question is, i know it might be stupid, could you run android on x86. if what im asking for is impossible, dual boot android with x86, just provided some links to normal android and windows tablets.

Asus released at compunetix the Trasnformer Book V but as far as I know it has not been released to the market.

Both microsoft and google are fighting to allow this kind of device. There is also no tablet outside of surface pro that has a corei.. cpu in it, they are atoms or baytrails.

You wll not likely even find a windows only tablet for $500 with an x86 cpu in it
